Shipping & Return Policy

Note: We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses, United States territories, or addresses outside the United States and Canada unless customers arrange for their own pickup.

  1. In-Stock Merchandise: If we receive and confirm your order by 12 PM, Pacific Standard Time for CA shipments and Eastern Standard Time for NJ shipments, we usually process and ship in-stock merchandise on the same day. If your order requires pre-payment, we will process your shipment once we receive your payment.

  2. Multiple Shipments: Your order may be filled from several locations, and items may arrive separately. You will receive a detailed shipping charge during checkout.

  3. Pick-Up: If you choose the pick-up option, our Shipping Team will send you pick-up details once your order is packed and ready. The driver should provide the PO or order number at our warehouse during pick-up.

  4. Return Procedures: All returns must first be authorized by the seller's management. Returned goods must be accompanied by the seller's returned materials authorization number (RMA number), customer name, and order number. If you return a product without an RMA number, we will refuse shipment. You must submit all return claims within 10 days of receiving the product.

    Quality Issue: Before RMA is Issued:

    • All lab tests must reference the Okeo Organics batch number.

    • You must submit a lab test from a third-party lab.

    • If you find foreign matter inside the product, you must leave it as is and return it in its original packaging and label.

      Damaged Product:

    • You must report any damages to Okeo Organics within 10 days of receiving your order.

    • You must provide proof of damage via photo or bill of lading when delivered.

    • If UPS caused the damage, you must immediately bring it to Okeo Organics' attention or refuse the package. The package must remain in the condition it was delivered in. UPS will want to inspect the product.

      Returning Product for Reasons Other Than the Above:

    • You must return the product in its original packaging.

    • We will charge a 20% restocking fee for all returned products.

    • You must pay for freight.

    • You must pay any international duty fees.

  5. When Shipping the Product Back to Okeo Organics:

  • The RMA number must appear on the package. Okeo Organics will provide the label, so do not write on the packages. We will not accept any packages without a valid RMA number.

  • The RMA number expires 10 days after the issue date. If we do not receive the product back within 10 days of the RMA issue date, we may not accept the return.

  • You must pre-pay all return fees unless Okeo Organics authorizes otherwise. We will not accept COD shipments.

  • You must securely package all returned items to prevent possible damages during transit. We recommend ensuring all returned items, as Okeo Organics will not be responsible for any damaged or lost goods.

  • All credits to your account are subject to inspection of the returned goods and subsequent approval by Okeo Organics.
